Aardvark Animal Rescue has been committed to help abused, neglected, abandoned, and stray animals for over 10 years and assisted nearly 2,000 animals during that period. As a non-profit, we have depended on the kindness of strangers and friends to partner with us to save these animals.  We, and the animals who have been in our care, could never thank you enough.

Due the changing climate and several circumstances beyond our control, we have made the difficult decision to close our doors. This decision was not made lightly and has come with a great deal of sadness; however, it has become clear that it is time to pass the torch to other reputable rescues in the area.

As a continuing commitment to our mission, our hospice and sanctuary animals will continue to receive support and care from Aardvark Animal Hospital and any remaining adoptable animals in our care will be placed.

Donations that have been graciously given to AAR will be used for our hospice and sanctuary animals or donated to Justice Rescue.  Our hospital has partnered with them for some time, and we will continue to support them in their life saving endeavors. We are proud to stand with them as they continue to fight for the lost, forgotten, and discarded animals in our community.

We appreciate your support over the years, whether it be with supplies, volunteerism, or sponsoring our animals to assist with their adoptions.  Our AAR friends and family have enabled us to make a difference in so many lives and that debt can never be repaid.
